Cristal Robinson moved to Weddington, North Carolina five years ago from the Texas Panhandle with Matt, husband of 29 years, and a child. Cristal earned a Bachelors degree in finance and a Masters of Business Administration from West Texas A&M University and a Juris Doctor from the Western Michigan University - Cooley Law.
As an attorney, Cristal is licensed in North Carolina, Texas, and District of Columbia. Cristal has been in over 46 courts and worked with close to a 1000 clients in various cases. Cristal is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, which is limited to just one percent of lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction.
Cristal states the reason for running for District 68,
“The current political climate has turned many people's lives into a culture war. The majority party has become tyrannical over science with the mask and vaccine mandates, over history and even reading with book bans and restricted curriculum, and even became an overbearing majority focused on taking the medical rights of parents, children, and women. I understand the rule of law and the role of the administrative agencies along with the way legislation must be Constitutional. I want to stand up for the rights of everyone - the disabled, the LGBTQ+ community, the vulnerable, and women’s right to choose their reproductive medical care."
Cristal hopes that all voters will use their freedom to choose on November 5, 2024 and Vote Cristal for District 68.
